Terms & Condition
- BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a require deposit as specified.
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit card and online payments.
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Cancellation and Refunds
**By the Traveler**
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or letter.
The following cancellation charges apply:
- 25% of the total cost if cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure.
- 50% of the total cost if cancelled 15-29 days prior to departure.
- No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before departure.
**By the NEW STYLE TOURS & TRAVELS**
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to low enrollment, unforeseen operational issues, or force majeure events.
- In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule or choose a different tour.
- Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
Coverage should include trip cancellation, medical expenses, lost baggage, and personal liability.
Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.
- Changes to itinerary
While we strive to operate tours as advertised, circumstances may necessitate changes.
We reserve the right to amend the itinerary, schedule hotels or alter transport arrangements due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
Any changes will be communicated promptly and alternatives of equal or higher value will be offered when possible.
- Health and fitness requirements
All travelers are expected to be in good health to participate in our tours.
You are responsible for assessing whether a tour us suitable for physical abilities.
Any pre-existing health conditions or special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Liability and Responsibility
New Style Tours & Travels acts only as an agent for the transportation, accommodation, flight and visa providers.
We are not responsibility for inquiry, loss, delay, or damage resulting from events beyond our control.
Travelers participate at their own risk and are advised to exercise due caution at all times.
- Passports, Visas and Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents including passports, visas and vaccination certificates as required.
We are not liable for any delays or missed tours due to improper documentation.
- Traveler Conduct
We expect all travelers to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Alcohol abuse, illegal activities, or behavior endangering the group will not be tolerated.
- Complains and Feedback
If you encounter any issues during your trip, please inform your tour guide or our office immediately.
We will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of tour completion.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of in Thailand.
